Chandra Agrawal

Chandra Agrawal is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in telecommunications and solutions architecture, currently serving as the CTO Portfolio Architect for new 5G and 6G solutions at Nokia since July 2008. In this role, Chandra guides technology strategy and drives impactful technology choices for Nokia's business. Previous positions include leading the Delivery Architecture Office to support global teams, managing the Airtel 4G deployment team at Nokia R&D, and serving as R&D Group Manager, where Chandra successfully transitioned IMS research and development responsibilities to Bangalore. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Solution Architect at Velankani for British Telecom’s 21CN projects, a Software Architect at Sonim Technologies focusing on PTT software, and a Line Manager at IshOni Networks, where Chandra revitalized a VoIP team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and pre-university studies in STEM from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi.
