Claire Watson, ABC, MC, APR, is the Head of Internal Communication at Nokia Cloud and Network Services. With an extensive background in communication management, Claire previously served in various executive roles for the Government of Saskatchewan, where they led significant change management initiatives. As the President of Words With Wings Strategic Communication Management and Vice President at both Phoenix Advertising Group and Cropley Communication, Claire developed numerous award-winning campaigns across public relations, corporate communication, and employee engagement. A dedicated volunteer leader, Claire has contributed to the International Association of Business Communicators for over 20 years, including serving as the international chair of the Gold Quill Awards program. Claire's educational pursuits continue across multiple institutions, reflecting a commitment to ongoing professional development in communication.
