Claude Blain

Claude Blain is currently a Learning Business Manager for IP Routing NSM at Nokia, where they implement training program strategies and drive innovation in learning methods. Prior to this role, Claude spent 15 years at Alcatel-Lucent Canada as a Senior Technical Trainer and Business Learning Consultant, designing and delivering customized training on IP products. They also served for over two decades in the Canadian Forces as a Land Communications Information Systems Technician, ultimately becoming an IT Section Supervisor. Claude holds a High School Diploma in High School Sciences and additional formal training in Communications Systems.
