Collette Rawnsley is the VP and Head of IP Policy & Advocacy at Nokia, where they drive the company’s regulatory strategy globally. Since 2022, Collette has focused on engaging with decision and policy-makers to promote and protect the value of Nokia’s intellectual property. Previously, they held roles such as Head of Competition at Wiggin and Counsel at Shearman & Sterling LLP, advising on EU and UK competition law. Collette also served as an Assistant Boundary Commissioner with the Boundary Commission for England and worked as a Senior Associate at Howrey LLP. They earned an MA in European Legal Studies from the University of Leeds and completed the Bar Vocational Course at Nottingham Law School.
