Constantine Polychronopoulos

Constantine Polychronopoulos is currently the VP and Head of R&D for NM Applications at Nokia and serves as an advisor at Tilde. With a distinguished academic career as an Associate Professor and later a Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, they played a pivotal role in advancing computer science education and research, particularly in multithreading and compiler design. Constantine founded BYTEMOBILE Inc, leading it to become a top network optimization vendor before its acquisition by Citrix, where they subsequently held the role of VP and CTO for Service Provider Platforms. They have authored over 160 research papers and have made significant contributions to cloud computing and network slicing technologies across multiple industries.
