David Gosse

David Gosse is a Senior Licensing Attorney at Nokia since February 2023 and has been an Adjunct Professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, since August 2019, co-teaching a course on oral advocacy for aspiring intellectual property lawyers. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP from September 2009 to February 2023, where representation in patent litigation and post-grant proceedings at the USPTO was a focus. David Gosse's early career included various roles such as Associate Attorney, Law Clerk, and Summer Associate at Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery LLP, as well as project management and engineering positions at DMC and S&C Electric Company. David holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
