Debra Hoerner

Debra Hoerner has extensive experience in leadership and sales operations, with a focus on global partner programs and channel strategy across several technology companies. At Genesys, Debra served as the Leader of the Global Partner Program and Contracts from January 2012 to June 2014. Debra held multiple roles at Nokia in September 2019, including Channel Partner Sales Director and Global Channel Partner Programs Director. Previous experience includes various leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent from June 2000 to July 2003, such as Director of Sales Business Operations and Corporate Communications Manager. Earlier in career, Debra worked at Raytheon from 1990 to 1996 as Sr. Manager of Corporate Communications & Public Relations.
