Dede David George is currently the QHS Manager at Nokia, having previously served as a QHSE Engineer there from 2016 to 2020. Prior to joining Nokia, Dede worked as a Mining Shift Supervisor at Barrick Gold Corporation from 2008 to 2014 and held the position of Chief HSE Training Officer at Venture Risk Management Ltd for a brief period in 2015. Dede has also been an HSE Officer on the Kinyerezi Power Plant Project and has completed various occupational safety and health courses from OSHA Tanzania, along with obtaining a NEBOSH General Certificate in 2016.
