Dmitry Elkind

Dmitry Elkind, PMP, is currently the Head of Department at Nokia, where they manage an international vertical team focused on deploying advanced mobile solutions. With a strong background in project management and core network solutions, Dmitry has held various leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, overseeing teams responsible for complex telecommunications projects across Russia and other regions. Their earlier experience includes programming and R&D roles at Alcatel and Alcatel Teletash, contributing to significant projects in lawful telecommunications interception. Dmitry holds a degree from Novgorod State University named after Yaroslav-the-Wise.
