Elise Cachin

Elise Cachin is currently the Head of Tech Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Nokia and serves on the Steering Committee for AFTE's Treasury Innovation Day. With previous roles including Vice Chair of the Internal Market & Consumer Protection Committee at EuroCommerce and EU Public Affairs Leader at IKEA, Elise has extensive experience in digital, tech, and sustainability sectors. Elise began their career as a Junior Economist at Natixis after earning a Master’s degree in European Economic Studies from the College of Europe. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from Université Paris Dauphine.
