Ellen Chao is currently the Country People Manager for Taiwan at Nokia Networks, a position held since 2020. Previously, Ellen worked as an HR Consultant at Nokia Siemens Networks from 2007 to 2012, and later served as the HRD Manager at Taiwan Mobile from 2012 to 2015. Ellen returned to Nokia as an HR Consultant from 2015 to 2019. Ellen is pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The University of Akron.
