Eric Clark

Eric Clark is currently the Lead Counsel for Global Trade Compliance at Nokia, where they oversee legal aspects of trade, sanctions, and human rights. Previously, Clark served as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where they specialized in dual-use export controls and contributed to significant enforcement actions and regulatory reforms. They also held the role of Director at Siemens, leading global audits and compliance initiatives. Early in their career, Clark worked as a Policy Analyst at HAZMED and as Manager of Government Relations at SOCMA, where they advocated for key industry issues. Clark holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Ithaca College.
