Felipe Leao

Felipe Leao is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in business development and technical consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development for Optical Networks in the LATAM region at Nokia since June 2016, Felipe previously held various key positions at Alcatel-Lucent, including Business Development Director for both the Brazil and Mexico clusters and Director of Sales Support for the Optics Competence Center in the APAC region. Felipe has led large teams and has been responsible for numerous activities, including product line management, strategy development, and tendering for advanced optical network designs. Felipe holds an Executive MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, completed the Alcatel-Lucent Leadership Development Program at the National University of Singapore, and has a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on telecommunications from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel.
