Fernando Cardinali

Fernando Cardinali, PMP, is currently the Head of Capability Management for Learning & Development at Nokia, where they oversee the L&D initiatives for technical and management staff. Previously, from 2013 to 2018, they served as the Operations, Performance & Tools Manager in Latin America, focusing on resource management and operational efficiency. With a diverse background including roles as a Network Operations Engineer at Nextel Brasil and Systems Engineer at Motorola do Brasil, Fernando has managed teams and projects across various aspects of telecommunications. They hold a Graduate degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Postgraduate degree from PUC-Rio.
