Flora Cai has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and project management, currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Supply Planning & Operation Manager at Nokia since November 2007. In this role, Flora collaborates cross-functionally with multiple teams to support the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process for network products, ensuring the execution of forecast and sales plans while balancing demand and supply. Prior to Nokia, Flora held positions at Motorola as a Project Manager & Senior Business System Analyst, where responsibilities included project and portfolio management, and at BearingPoint as a Manager focused on ERP project delivery. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at ChoicePoint and as a Senior Member of Scientific Staff at Nortel.
