Florian Damas

Florian Damas has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and regulatory affairs. Currently, Florian serves as the Head of Policy & Regulatory Affairs at Nokia, a position held since May 2006, and has previously held roles such as Policy & Regulatory Affairs Director and Next-Generation Access Product Marketing Manager at the same company. Florian is also a member of the Committee of Experts on Fiber Network Sharing at Arcep and served as Vice Chair of the Infrastructures & Services Working Group at DIGITALEUROPE until June 2024. Furthermore, Florian chaired the Fiber Business Models Committee at FTTH COUNCIL EUROPE from September 2017 to June 2021. Prior roles include various management positions in billing and telecommunications across several companies and consulting experience from 2004 to 2006. Florian holds a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, and Advertising from ESCP Business School and an Engineering degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science from EPITA.
