Gero Offer

Gero Offer is an experienced professional in sales operations and business development, currently serving as the Head of Sales Operations for West Central Europe at Nokia since March 2006. Gero has held multiple leadership roles within Nokia, including Beauftragter für den Digital Gipfel, Head of Strategy and Sales Operations, and Head of Business and Quality Excellence, focusing on areas such as efficiency governance, change management, and quality assurance. Prior to Nokia, Gero served as VP of Sales at First Data, managing sales for mobile operators and content providers, and held similar positions at Encorus. Gero's career began at Siemens AG, where various director-level roles were undertaken, including business development and technical sales across global markets. Gero holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Munich.
