Ghislain Decelles

Ghislain Decelles has over three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a diverse background spanning several key roles. Beginning as a DMS Manager at Bell from June 1987 to December 2003, Decelles later contributed as a Validation Engineer at Nortel Networks from November 1996 to December 2006. Since November 2010, Decelles has served as a Product Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, while also holding the position of E2E Solutions Director - TEPS at Nokia since April 2018, focusing on end-to-end solutions for various vertical markets including transport, energy, and the public sector. Decelles' educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bishop's University.
