Gilberto Serra

Gilberto Serra has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of the Augmented/Virtual Reality squad at Nokia since January 2001, where responsibilities include incubating and developing immersive learning solutions. Previously held roles at Nokia encompass Training Excellence Head, Cluster Delivery Head for Europe & Middle East Africa, Training Delivery Manager Core Network, and Technical Trainer & Group Manager in Core Networks. Prior to joining Nokia, Gilberto Serra worked at Italtel from October 1989 to December 2000, focusing on system verification and operations for mobile and fixed core networks. Gilberto Serra holds a high school degree in Computer Science from ITIS Molinari and further education from Universita Statale.
