Grace Zhao is currently the cloud SDM R&D head at Nokia, a position they have held since 2016, where they ensure global P&L support, timely customer delivery, and team development in product innovation. Previously, they were an R&D Director at Alcatel-Lucent, leading a large team and enhancing departmental efficiency and delivery quality. Grace also served as a Technical Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, contributing to the success of AT&T's UMTS network and fostering talent in telecommunications. Grace earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Ocean University of China and a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
