H. Rabes is a seasoned program owner with a focus on the introduction of combined 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile radio networks and has extensive experience in the high-tech telecom industry. Having visited over 90 countries, H. shares a global perspective and possesses a deep understanding of future solutions. During their career, H. has led larger teams and programs in program management, digital transformation, and product planning while fostering opportunities for others. H. has held prominent positions at notable companies, including Nokia and Siemens AG, and is a certified SAFe® 4 Agilist. H. holds a Dipl Ing from Technische Universität Darmstadt and has military training from the German Army.
