Harvey Auerback

Harvey Auerback is a Senior Patent Counsel at Nokia since March 2023, with a robust background in intellectual property law and patent prosecution. Prior to Nokia, Auerback was an Associate Lawyer at Fasken for one year and spent nearly eight years at Huawei Technologies as a Senior Patent Agent. Auerback's experience also includes working as a Patent Lawyer at Conversant Intellectual Property Management, where responsibilities included drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of Flash, DRAM, and semiconductor processes. Earlier roles include serving as an Attorney and Patent Agent at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and an Attorney at Smart & Biggar. Auerback holds a BCL/LLB in Law and a BSc in Honours Physics, both from McGill University.
