Currently serving as the SDN & Automation Director for Customer Engineering in North America at Nokia, Hermann collaborates with enterprise customers and internal teams to design scalable, software-driven networks. Hermann's diverse career includes roles from presales to product development and strategic leadership, enabling a comprehensive understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of solutions. Hermann also founded Crossbower IT Consulting to provide independent consulting services for medium and large enterprises. Hermann holds a BS in Computer Science from Florida International University.
