Hubert Qin

Hubert Qin has over 15 years of experience in software and systems engineering within the telecommunications industry. Starting at GDNT from July 2006 to May 2008, Hubert held various roles including CDMA Core & Access Systems Engineering Manager and CDMA Core SW Designer. Since joining Nokia Siemens Networks in June 2009, Hubert has progressed through several managerial positions, currently serving as TD-LTE eNB SW Program Manager since February 2013 and previously as TD-LTE eNB MAC SW Manager. Hubert has a proven track record in managing teams and programs, overseeing the development and delivery of critical software components, and is skilled in end-to-end program management for TD-LTE Radio Resource Management functionalities. Hubert holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tianjin University, completed in 2001.
