Huilan Lu is a Bell Labs Fellow at Alcatel-Lucent, where they have worked since 1999. Currently serving as Vice Chairman for ITU-T SG 13 on NGN and future networks, Huilan has been involved in this role since 2009. They previously held the position of Vice Chair at ITU-T from 2009 to 2010. Huilan earned a Ph.D. in Physics from Yale University, completing their studies between 1981 and 1988.
