Ian Cox possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Nokia since May 2011. In previous roles at Nokia, Ian held positions such as Head Of Global Customer Operations Quality and Head of Quality for Radio Platforms Global R&D. Prior to Nokia, Ian worked at Motorola Solutions from January 2005 to May 2011, where responsibilities included Director Of Quality and GSM Product Cost Reduction, as well as serving as the GSM Technical Manager, overseeing the transition of GSM hardware development from the UK to China. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swansea University and completed education at Llanelli Boys Grammar School.
