Ibrahim Kisioglu

Ibrahim Kisioglu is a seasoned telecommunications executive with over 15 years of experience in project and program management across fixed and mobile networks. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Nokia, Ibrahim is responsible for driving market and delivery readiness activities globally and managing tender processes for Fixed Networks projects. Previously, they held leadership roles at Ericsson, Nortel Networks, Turkcell, Vodafone, and lifecell Ukraine, where they demonstrated exceptional skills in network planning, rollout, and optimization. Ibrahim holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi and possesses extensive expertise in managing complex telecommunications projects.
