Ibrahim Shibli is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in various engineering and management roles. Beginning as a Digital News Gathering System Engineer at Beirut Broadcast Services Center, Ibrahim progressed to customer support at Wavetech and then served as a Senior Engineer at Siemens, focusing on UTRAN. In subsequent roles at Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks, Ibrahim advanced to positions such as Customer Senior Engineer and Care Radio Lead Engineer, providing advanced technical support and managing customer communication. Currently serving as Lead Technical Manager L4 at Nokia since 2014, Ibrahim also holds a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Beirut Arab University and a diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology. Ibrahim is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the American University of Beirut, expecting to graduate in 2027.
