Igor Nikolic

Igor Nikolic is the Director of IP Policy at Nokia, where they focus on intellectual property matters. They previously served as a Senior Fellow at UCL from 2019 to 2023 and held the position of Research Fellow at the European University Institute. Igor completed their PhD at University College London, researching licensing for FRAND-committed Standard Essential Patents. Additionally, they have experience in competition law through roles at various institutions, including The World Bank and Wolf Theiss. Igor holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Novi Sad and a Master of Laws from the University of Groningen.
