Ilan Matityahu is currently the R&D Line Manager for 3D Geolocation at Nokia Networks, a position held since 2015. Previously, they served as the RF Director in the Cellular Network Optimization group at NICE Systems from 2012 to 2015. Ilan also held roles such as Global Director of RF Planning and Optimization at Alvarion Ltd. from 2003 to 2012, and Director of Radio Network Planning at ECI Telecom from 1998 to 2003. Earlier in their career, they were a Team Leader for WW Global Radio field trials at Tadiran Telecom from 1993 to 1998.
