Isabel Matias is currently a Principal SW QA Engineer at Nokia, bringing extensive experience in system integration and testing of optical transport solutions. Their career began as a System Tester Trainee at Siemens, followed by various roles at Nokia Siemens Networks and Infinera, where they focused on test strategy definition and customer requirement analysis. Isabel holds a Master’s degree in Physics Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra and has demonstrated strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout their professional journey.
