Ismail Dibou

Ismail Dibou is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications field with extensive experience in network planning and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Network Planning and Delivery at Nokia, Ismail has previously held senior project management roles at Saudi Telecom Company and was the Head of Network Planning and Optimization at Syriatel.
