James Barr

James Barr is an experienced Project Director currently leading the Radio System Replacement (RSR) Project for the Public Transport Authority at Nokia since November 2020, following a comprehensive presales engagement that led to a multi-year contract. Prior to this, James held roles at Huawei Technologies, where responsibilities included managing customer fulfillment and project delivery in the Western Australia region, as well as overseeing the RSR Project for the Public Transport Authority in a joint venture. James's diverse background includes senior project management positions at BHP Billiton, Kinetic IT, and CSC, managing programs across various sectors including finance, mining, and construction. Additional experience includes project management roles at Crossrail and DailyMeds, operational management at Rok Plc, and IT services direction at Memec Plc. James holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Project Management from the University of Adelaide and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
