Jeffrey Maddox

Jeffrey Maddox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as President of Nokia Canada Inc. and Canada CX Market Unit Head since August 2020, Jeffrey leads initiatives that enhance critical networks globally. In addition, Jeffrey holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at the Canadian Telecommunications Association and is a Director on the Board of NPower Canada, focusing on launching underserved young adults into sustainable careers. Previously, Jeffrey held senior roles at Cisco, including Managing Director of Service Provider Sales and Sr. Director of Product Line Management, contributing to advancements in optical technologies. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey gained valuable experience in engineering roles at Nortel Networks and Celestica. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University.
