Jérôme Debacker

Jérôme Debacker is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in software development and project management in the telecommunications industry. They began their career at Alcatel-Lucent, where they held various roles from Software Development Engineer to Feature Integration Project Manager for LTE Small Cells. Later, they advanced their career at Nokia, where they served as Program Manager in the public sector and as R&D Program Manager. Jérôme completed their engineering degree at École Supérieure d'Électricité / Supelec between 1994 and 1997.
