Jianhui Wei is currently the Head of Technology for Radio GCHN at Nokia, a position held since 2015. Previously, Jianhui served as the Head of WCDMA BTS Product Owner at NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included global R&D product planning. Jianhui's earlier experience includes roles as a Software Design Engineer at Alcatel Lucent Shanghai Bell and as a Senior RNC Technical Support Engineer with Nokia Siemens Networks. Jianhui holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Electronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Precision Instruments from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
