Joy Powell, PMP, is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in managing multiple concurrent projects across various technologies, including IMS and CDMA. Currently serving as a Customer Delivery Manager and previously as a Program Business Manager at Nokia since April 2011, Joy has a proven track record of collaborating extensively with both internal and external customers. Prior experience includes roles at Motorola, where multiple projects were managed in iDEN and CDMA technologies, and earlier positions at o2wireless Solutions, Cherokee Wireless Services, and Sprint PCS. Joy holds a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Health & Physical Education from Milligan College. Additionally, Joy completed Project Management Professional training at the Project Management Institute.
