Karpakam M is currently an R&D Line Manager at Nokia Networks, where they have worked since 2014. Prior to this role, Karpakam held positions as an R&D Project Manager at Nokia Solutions and Networks and as a Test Lead at Nokia Siemens Networks. Karpakam began their career as a PLC Programmer at Applied Automation Systems Pvt Ltd and briefly served as a System Test Engineer at Amoeba Telecom Ltd. They hold a BE in Electronics & Instrumentation from Bharathidasan University, an MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, and completed a Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
