Karsten Thiel is currently the Head of People Experience Europe Care South at Nokia, a position held since 2021. From 2014 to 2021, Karsten served as the Head of HR Operations Support for West South Europe and Germany at Nokia Networks. Prior to that, Karsten worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Project Manager and HR Manager System and Tools from 2007 to 2011. Karsten's experience includes a role as an SAP HR Consultant and Project Implementation expert at Siemens from 2000 to 2002. Karsten holds a degree in Industriekaufmann from Siemens AG, completed between 1996 and 1999.
