Kenan Kiratli is a telecom professional with 17 years of experience in customer service, specializing in technical support leadership and people management within international environments. Currently serving as the Head of the Center of Innovation at Nokia, Kenan leads the development and deployment of predictive care services, achieving significant increases in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Kenan was the Global Technical Support Leader at Nokia, where they successfully managed worldwide technical support operations.
