Kim Flowers, CSM, is an accomplished program and project management expert with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Program Manager and Director of the Performance and Program Management Office at Nokia since 2011, Kim leads a high-performing project management team, ensuring quality and driving significant business benefits. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Senior Solutions and Portfolio Manager at Nokia, where responsibilities encompassed the introduction of new products and advanced network technology strategy. Prior to Nokia, Kim held leadership positions at Motorola Solutions and Motorola, where successful product management and strategic development in 3G and CDMA wireless technology were achieved.
