Lavinia Chinta

Lavinia Chinta is currently the Head of Sourcing Talent Acquisition and has extensive experience in the recruitment and HR fields. Lavinia previously held the role of Talent Attraction Partner at Nokia from 2017 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing hiring plans and fostering partnerships with business leaders. Prior to that, Lavinia worked as a Business Office Support professional at both Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent, and gained early experience as a Recruiting Analyst. Lavinia earned two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration from Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara, first focusing on Management and then specializing in the Administration of Business Organizations.
