Lee Hargadon

Lee Hargadon currently serves as a Student Mentor at The Social Mobility Foundation, providing guidance to undergraduates from non-privileged backgrounds. Hargadon has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having held significant roles at O2 (Telefónica UK), including Head of Digital Sales for O2 Business Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex sales functions and delivering substantial new business targets. Additional positions at O2 included Account Director and leadership roles in specialist sales for cyber security and enterprise mobility. Hargadon also led enterprise sales initiatives at Nokia, ultimately becoming Director for Enterprise & Public Sector in the UK and Ireland, focusing on mission-critical client relationships. Academic qualifications include a degree from Leeds Beckett University and current enrollment in an MBA program at Henley Business School.
