Lien Nguyen

Lien Nguyen is a Global HR Leader with over 15 years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner and 5 years managing centralized HR functions in global hi-tech enterprises. Nguyen has effectively led and mentored diverse teams to implement HR strategies across various operations and serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders on a range of HR matters. Currently serving as Vice President, Global HRBP at Nokia, Nguyen's prior roles include Senior Director of HRBP at Synaptics Incorporated and Director of HRBP at Credence Systems Corporation, where they successfully guided teams through mergers and acquisitions. Nguyen is pursuing a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at San Jose State University.
