Lilly Ran is currently an R&D Manager in the Project/Program Management Office at Nokia Siemens Networks, where they manage project processes and guide project execution. With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunication software development industry, they have a strong background in R&D project and people management. Lilly previously held various R&D management roles, including leading teams in integration, verification, and system verification, and they successfully ramped up R&D operations at multiple organizations. They earned a Master’s degree in Data Communication and Computer Networks and are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
