With a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Luc has held various roles in technical project management and solution architecture across notable companies including Alcatel, Alcatel-Lucent, and ETAP Information Technology. Their expertise spans video content management, next-generation networks, and broadband access technologies. Previously, Luc worked as a Solution Manager for Next Generation Networks at Alcatel Shanghai Bell and has over three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry.
