Luke Arnott

Luke Arnott is the Global Head of Payroll Excellence at Nokia, focusing on operational excellence within the Payroll organization. Previously, they held roles as Payroll Team Lead and Project Manager, as well as Third Party Vendor Manager at Nokia from 2018 to 2021. Prior to their time at Nokia, Luke worked at Alcatel-Lucent in various human resources capacities, including HR Process Developer and Audit, and Change Lead for the META region. Luke began their career in training management and human resources, with a foundational education in education and business administration from institutions such as the University of the Witwatersrand and Johannesburg College of Education.
