Maciej Rutkowski

Maciej Rutkowski is the Global Delivery Center Poland Lead at Nokia, where they are responsible for Network Operations for key global accounts and oversee over 300 service analysts and engineers across multiple locations. With over 20 years of experience in network operations and maintenance services, Maciej has managed teams ranging from 20 to more than 300 members internationally, enhancing their skills through diverse assignments in Poland, Ireland, Germany, Romania, and India. Prior to their current role, they served as NOCs Lead at Alcatel-Lucent, where they oversaw local Network Operations Centers and ensured adherence to best practices in service quality. Maciej earned a Master of Science in Experimental Physics from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu.
