Manu K V currently serves as the Country People Manager at Nokia, where they have been instrumental in managing HR functions since 2010. With extensive experience supporting 59 line managers and a headcount of 1000, Manu ensures the effective implementation of company policies and engages deeply with both leadership and employees on performance management and retention strategies. Prior to Nokia, they worked for Symbiosis Network, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and consultancy. Manu is pursuing a BSc in Chemistry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from institutions in Kerala.
