Marcin Stępień

Marcin Stępień is a Customer Application Engineering Senior Specialist at Alcatel-Lucent, where they have been since 2011, focusing on network design and creating customer commercial catalogs. Previously, Marcin held several key positions including B&P in Technical Sales at Alcatel-Lucent, Manager at AT&T Network Systems Poland, and O&M Director at Netia. Marcin also served as a Senior Specialist at the Ministerstwo Transportu, managing transmission for the Polish Railroad General Directorate, and began their career as a Laboratory Engineer with Polish State Railways. Marcin holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in telecommunications, from Warsaw University of Technology, which they completed in 1980.
